Abstract: The basic theory of polarimetric radar and various decomposition theories are briefly reviewed. A novel National Telesystems Conference proceedings book of the scattering matrix is then presented with special reference to high-resolution imaging.

By decomposing the scattering matrix into three different components, it is possible to resolve different types of scatterers even if they are within the same resolution cell. The microwave scattering and emission properties of precipitation cells are investigated by comparing ‐GHz radiometric observations with a planar‐stratified numerical radiative transfer model.

Liq. Abstract: The GPS and GLONASS systems are compared, and the satellites' status, the Magnavox GPS/GLONASS navigator, the system time difference, data processing software, and test results (combined GPS/GLONASS coverage and positioning and GLONASS receiver performance) are examined.

It is noted that a constellation of 48 navigation satellites consisting of 24 GPS and 24. The theory of scattering and attenuation by rain, snow and cloud is reviewed and theoretical results are presented in the form of equations, tables and graphs, so that the radar response to meteorological particles can be calculated at six wavelengths (10.

In this paper, the problem of the high‐accuracy estimation of the location of specular scattering centers on electromagnetic scatterers is considered.

Because the size of the snow ice particle is comparable to the wavelength in the millimeter‐wave region, we can no longer use a simple Rayleigh phase function or the small particle approximation usually used at microwave frequencies for calculating the extinction coefficient.

Industrial and technical applications of mobile robots are continuously gaining in importance. [ ] Key Method The present chapter provides some information about conventional and special wheels designs, mechanical design aspects of the Mecanum wheel and also of the robot, kinematic models, as well as electronics and control strategies: remote control, line follow, autonomous strategy.

Maintenance is the process that preserves or restores a desired state of a system or facility. The maintenance process includes three major activities: inspection, planned maintenance, and disturbance handling (where disturbances are unplanned system states).

Inspection is the activity in which information about state is monitored to allow prediction or early detection of disturbances.

NTC is known for its enduring relationships with the industry’s most successful and demanding clients, delivering successful projects for leading organizations such as AT&T, DIRECTV, Fox, and The Walt Disney Company.

NTC clients span the globe from Asia, the Middle East and Latin America to Australia, New Zealand and North America. The space station manipulator does lots of tasks with contact force/torque on orbit. To ensure the safety of the space station and the manipulator, the contact force/torque of manipulator must be controlled.

Based on analyzing typical tasks’ working flows and force control requirements, such as ORU (orbit replacement unit) changeout and dual arm collaborative payload transport, an impedance.
